The house is located in the easternmost part of town Bol.  It is only 100m far from the famous beaches “Martinica” and “Kotlina and 10 minutes walk away from the historic town center. The house is situated in a good location that offers peace and serenity even in the midst of the summer season. The house was built of famous Brac stone and combines modern and traditional construction.
