Holiday house Ratac **** (4 star category) is located in a quiet part of Bol, near the famous beach “Zlatni rat”, 10 minute walk to the town centre. The property has an area of 2300 m2. Family farm Ratac consists of a holiday house Ratac with plot of land, pool, garden, olive garden, orchard, vegetable patch and vineyard, indoor and outdoor grill, wine cellar, traditional water storage tank with cca 30 m3 of drinking water.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people in two separate apartments. On the 1st floor (90 m2) there is a large living room, kitchen, TV area, two bedrooms, one children’s bedroom, two bathrooms, and large balcony. On the ground floor (70 m2) there is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, an extra bed in the living room, and a large terrace with grill.

There is a separate small building behind the house, with an indoor grill which is available for your use at any time. In front of the house there is the pool, surrounded by Brač marble stone.
